The flat is located at the 4th floor of Palazzo Sullam, an ancient XVII century building, which was recently restored, a few steps from St. Mark's Square and a 5 minutes walk from Rialto. It is new furnished, equipped with every facility, as air-conditioned, heating, lift. The 40 square meters surface is split in: a small entrance with video-intercom, bathroom with shower,kitchen with fridge, electric oven and plate, washing-machine,dining-room with windows facing a canal, a sofa, table with 4 chairs, television, wardrobe and cupboard, a bedroom with a double-bed and trifora windows (old Venetian three arch windows). From the flat you can also enjoy a wonderful view of the famous Scala del Bovolo.
