The flat is situaded on the first floor.It is bright. Two small balconies overlook a picturesque, busy yard, popular with both tourists and venetians. It is right behind St. Mark’s Basilica, few metres from the square. The flat is very easy to reach as it is conveniently situated close to the landing stage of S.Zaccaria. There is no bridge on the way to it. St. Mark’s Square is a short way away (just round the corner) and hereabout there are the very famous via XXII Marzo with its boutiques: Missoni, F.lli Rossetti, Bulgari, Fendi, Valentino, Vetri Moretti, Prada, Versace, Salviati, La Coupole, Laura Biagiotti, Magli etc…, the well renoumed “Mercerie”, Rialto Bridge, its market etc… The flat wich is equipped with everything necessary, including linen, is composed of an entrance hall, a bathroom , a living room, a small kitchen, a double room and a twin-bedded room.The household appliances include washing-machine, television-set and oven.
